Why would I use a hand exerciser?

Why is it called a Gyro Ball?
A gyroscope spins rapidly about an axis that is free to alter its direction. The orientation of the axis is not affected by the tilt of the mount. So once the gyroscope gets moving, the wrist follows in whatever direction feels good. The DynaFlex is fun to use because you can feel your strength and mobility improving with practice. The Carpal Tunnel Team selected the Sports Pro model because it was the easiest to start and keep moving.
