We will not accept returns on ANY pillows once removed from their sealed packaging. Head lice, bed bugs and pet fleas can contaminate our entire facility or a buyer’s home.
The DVDs or CDs once removed from sealed plastic wrapper are not returnable. No exceptions will be made unless they are defective upon receipt.
All other opened products cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges for returning unopened items shipped by the fulfillment company are borne by the buyer.
