Refund Policy For All Other Carpal Tunnel Coaching Products
Used or worn wrist braces are not returnable. Contaminants, bed bugs, lice, fleas, staph, bacteria, and other serious contagious skin diseases are spread very easily on the surfaces of these products. For that reason, measure twice and order once!
No gels or lotions may be returned or exchanged once delivered. Product tampering is a serious concern of ours and of our customers.
We will not accept returns on ANY pillows once removed from their sealed packaging. Head lice, bed bugs and pet fleas can contaminate our entire facility or a buyer’s home.
The DVDs or CDs once removed from sealed plastic wrapper are not returnable. No exceptions will be made unless they are defective upon receipt.
All other opened products cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges for returning unopened items shipped by the fulfillment company are borne by the buyer.
International Buyers – Be advised that import duties, taxes (including VAT) or any other charges that may be assessed in the customer’s country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Any international buyer who refuses a package for any reason or as a method of returning the order will be 100% financially responsible for the cost of the return shipping charges and/or the cost of abandonment of the order. The return shipping cost and/or in the case of abandonment the total cost of the order will be deducted from the amount paid and may result in no refund being due.
