    Are the videos made available for download or are they a one-time practice? How often do you recommend one practices your exercises. It’s not clear what sort of daily practice is required to get symptom relief and for approximately how long. I would appreciate hearing more about this. Thank you!

      The videos are available for streaming online.

      Each video module is delivered every other day. By the end of three weeks, you will have the entire routine delivered to you. In the same way you would receive therapy at a paced schedule, the program encourages you to gradually add more exercises. The entire exercise program takes 27 minutes to complete when deliberately performed. We recommend doing the exercise routine every day. The study we based our exercise routine upon was published in the Journal of American Medical Association. It showed improved grip strength and pain reduction by following the carpal tunnel exercises after eight weeks.

    I was so impressed with the content of this course, as well as with the extremely motivating Coach Cathy & Dr KT. I have suffered with low levels of CTS for many years, and tried many avenues for relief.
